Mandatory Points for Personal Data Update
1. At first, agents have to do the validation over the call on which they have to confirm (2 Details from customer's profile and 2 details from customer transactions on which he may also confirm the available balance and last salary credit)
2. After they have to told the customer to get in touch with the corporate for personal data update so that, their corporate will send the email to us for the same from their registered email address.
3. After the validation agent needs to mention a note stating that (Validation is done/ Completed), he has to mention the mobile number on which he had done the validation.
4. Agents need to take the ticket to (Group) customer support, (Status) Pending, (Associate Name) Shubam Shrestha, (Ticket Category) Personal Data Update, (Tag) Mob/Email.
Note: Agent need to mention their name in notes as well as in ticket description
