Calls from Unregistered Numbers

Hi Team,

Whenever we receive calls from unregistered Numbers, I would suggest the following to be incorporated as a healthy practice to encourage callers to call from the registered numbers and use the IVR wherever possible. 

Check with the caller if the old registered number belongs to the respective customer and if it’s functional:- 

If the number is operational, then encourage the customer to call from the registered number.

If the number is not operational, the customer needs to register the new number and start using the register number. 

If the old number does not belong to the customer, inform him on the chances of misuse/fraud and request the customer to update his new number.
